肥胖不只是外表問題。
而係一種慢性病。
Obesity isn't about looks.
It's a chronic disease.

就好似糖尿病、高血壓一樣——肥胖係一種需要長期管理嘅疾病。世衛 (WHO) 同國際醫學界,一早將肥胖列為慢性病。 Like diabetes or high blood pressure, obesity is a disease that needs long-term management. The WHO and the global medical community classified it as a chronic disease long ago.

國際認可Internationally recognised

WHO 自 1997 年起將肥胖列為慢性病。美國 AMA、歐洲 EASO 亦正式分類。The WHO has classified obesity as a chronic disease since 1997. The US AMA and Europe's EASO classify it the same way.

長期管理Long-term management

肥胖唔係「減咗就完」——而係要長期管理,就好似血壓、血糖一樣。Obesity isn't "lose it and you're done" — it needs ongoing management, just like blood pressure or blood sugar.

醫學減重Medical weight loss

單靠節食或運動嘅成功率不足 5%。醫學介入係新一代標準療法。Diet or exercise alone succeeds less than 5% of the time. Medical intervention is the new standard of care.
